Electro-Mechanical Assembler Opportunity - Camarillo, CA

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA that is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electro-MechanicalAssembler to join its growing production team.

Location: Camarillo, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 20-23/hr DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview

This hands-on role supports a variety of manufacturing operations, including electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating, product testing, and quality inspections. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical products and subassemblies
  • Perform conformal coating, masking, touch-up work, and RTV application
  • Complete through-hole and basic SMT soldering tasks
  • Prepare components using hand and pneumatic tools
  • Perform basic product testing and verification
  • Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain adherence to IPC, ESD, ISO, and internal manufacturing procedures
  • Enter production data and completed work into the ERP system
  • Support multiple production areas as business needs require
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
  • Experience using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic work instructions
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience
  • Surface Mount (SMT) soldering
  • Through-hole soldering
  • Electronics manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly environments
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed
  • Availability for overtime, including occasional weekends
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements
