Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements- 3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience required
- Experience working in a manufacturing or technical production environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring schematics
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong hand-soldering skills preferred
- Experience assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties- Assemble electro-mechanical products according to engineering specifications and work instructions
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly documentation
- Perform wiring, cable assembly, and component installation
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to complete assemblies
- Test finished assemblies and troubleshoot basic issues as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Identify and communicate quality concerns to supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Support production goals while ensuring product quality and accuracy
Physical Capabilities- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
