This role supports the production of advanced unmanned aerial vehicles by building, installing, and maintaining aircraft electrical systems and components. You will manufacture and repair electrical wire bundles and harnesses, perform soldering and troubleshootingon avionics and electronics, and ensure that all work meets stringent aerospace quality and safety standards. The position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced production and R&D environment, contributing to both established products and new prototype builds.

This role is based in a production and R&D environment focused on aerospace and unmanned aerial vehicle systems, working primarily with electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies. The position follows a 9/80 schedule on first shift, typically Monday through Friday from approximately 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with every other Friday off. In a two-week period, you will work four 9-hour days and have Friday off in the first week (36 hours), then four 9-hour days and one 8-hour Friday in the second week (44 hours). Candidates should be open to occasional Saturday work when business needs require it. You will regularly use hand tools, wire strippers, crimping tools, soldering equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test instruments. Work is hands-on at benches and on aircraft structures, following established safety and quality procedures. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with small teams sharing a broad range of responsibilities to meet production and testing goals.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Petaluma, CA.
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
