Job Description
Hendrick BMW in Charlotte seeks a skilled Service Advisor to sell, identify and document vehicle service, maintenance and repairs. You will schedule service, explain estimates to customers and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Strong interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and#J-18808-Ljbffr
