What You’ll Do

You will represent employers across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including:

• Single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff disputes

• Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims

• Wage-and-hour cases under Oregon law (ORS 652/653) and the FLSA

• Class/collective actions (experience helpful but not required)

• Depositions, discovery, motion drafting, and oral argument

• Federal court work (D. Oregon)

• Employer counseling on compliance, investigations, and litigation prevention

You’ll manage your own matters while collaborating with top L&E litigators nationwide.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience

• Strong motion practice, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience with discovery and depositions

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Oregon Bar admission (or ability to waive in)

• A proactive, driven attorney who wants to grow with a national platform

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:$150,000 – $240,000, depending on experience and qualifications
