Position Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with clients to provide information about available products and coverage options

• Respond to questions regarding existing benefits, policies, and services

• Review individual needs and help identify suitable coverage solutions

• Assist members with enrollment procedures and required documentation

• Maintain positive relationships through consistent follow-up and professional service

• Stay informed about updates to products, programs, and company procedures

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a positive client experience
