As a Real Estate Investment and Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for property acquisition screening, sales strategy planning, and market research of surrounding properties in new business initiatives of a subsidiary. Through research and analysis that support investment decisions, you will contribute to improving business profitability and managing risks.
Main Responsibilities
Screening and evaluation of property acquisitions for new business initiatives
Planning and supporting the execution of sales strategies
Research and analysis of surrounding markets and competing properties
Preparing and reporting investment return simulations and sales data
Coordinating and collaborating with related departments and subsidiaries
Required Skills & Experience
Practical experience in the real estate industry (acquisition, sales, brokerage, development, etc.)
Skills in market and data analysis
Ability in planning and problem solving
Strong communication and teamwork skills
