A growing commercial construction organization is seeking an experienced Estimator - Specialties (Division 10) to join its Pre-Construction team in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and estimating skills who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

The company provides construction services with expertise in drywall, masonry, concrete and masonry restoration, structural strengthening, building envelope restoration, doors/frames/hardware (Division 8), and specialties (Division 10).

Interpret construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate written proposals and bid estimates

Develop and maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs

Maintain familiarity with applicable local, municipal, and state building codes

Support, mentor, and train assistant estimators and project engineers

Continuously expand technical knowledge related to drywall, acoustical systems, doors/frames/hardware (Division 8), and specialties (Division 10)

Collaborate with project teams to ensure competitive and accurate estimating practices

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience as an Assistant Estimator or 5-7 years of overall related construction industry experience

Experience in commercial construction estimating preferred

Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to meet or exceed goals with minimal supervision

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

Strong commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and quality standards
