Job Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
• Monitor and track project costs to ensure budgets are met.
• Maintain and update cost databases and historical records.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
