Join us.A Day in the Life:The Event Warehouse Specialist will oversee warehouse operations related to event preparation and execution, coordinating job assignments, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Provide training on equipment, staging platforms, truss structures, large tents, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools, ensuring proper maintenance, service, and repair of equipment, vehicles, and workspaces. Utilize warehouse inventory software for event equipment preparation, verification, and inventory control before and after each event.The Impact You'll Make:Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely and efficient event setup preparation, loading, unloading, and repairing event equipment.Pre-build structures for general repair work, organizing, cleaning, sorting & labeling. Construct and repair event equipment as assigned.Manage event assets, track event trackers, and physically count and scan inventory using a computer based system.Move heavy equipment for packing, sorting, cleaning, and loading. Loading and unloading trailers by with pallet jacks and forklifts. Operate various hand tools and machinery for pre-builds and repair work.Maintain all event assets while working both in and outdoors.Follow safety procedures and protocol to maintain a safe and accident-free work environment, general upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of warehouse areas daily.Transport personnel, equipment and products to various locations in a timely, safe manner. Ensure all items are in good condition and ready for transport to event locations.Serve as a point of contact for vendors and partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication to secure necessary resources and support for events, contributing to successful collaborations and event outcomes.Who You Are:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Planning or a related field of study preferred.1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.1+ year of experience in customer service, event coordination.Forklift training certification and Stageline Certification (or Ability to Obtain).Valid driver's license.Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
