Set hours:
Sunday - 3pm-8pm
Monday-3pm-8pm
Tuesday-3pm-8pm
Wednesday - 3pm-8pm
Thursday - 3pm-8pm
Friday & Saturday- OFF
Position Summary:
The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and other authorized guests utilizing the Executive Club Lounge. This position creates a welcoming, upscale environment by providing personalized hospitality, maintaining lounge standards, and ensuring food and beverage offerings are presented in a professional and appealing manner. The Executive Lounge Attendant serves as a key ambassador of the hotel and plays an important role in enhancing the guest experience for our most valued travelers.
Essential Job Functions:
Welcome and assist Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and authorized guests in a warm, professional manner.
Provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Executive Lounge environment at all times.
Set up, replenish, and monitor food and beverage offerings throughout service periods.
Ensure only authorized guests have access to the Executive Lounge.
Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain the overall appearance of the lounge.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations.
Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
Report maintenance, safety, and guest service concerns promptly.
Work closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
