The Executive Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory and budget management, maintaining food safety compliance, training kitchen staff, and ensuring that culinary operations align with the hotel's commitment to excellence in hospitality.
