Experienced ABA Technician / Paraprofessional - Staten Island, NY 10314
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Technician or Paraprofessional to work 1:1 with a 3-year-old female client in Staten Island.
Schedule:
Monday - Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
About the Role: In this position, you will provide direct ABA services in a home or community setting, working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills.
Requirements:
Prior experience as an ABA Technician, Paraprofessional, or similar role required
Experience working with young children (early intervention preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, patient, and engaging

Competitive hourly rate: $25-$35/hour (based on experience)
