Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences

  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements and disclosures
  • Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract potential buyers

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
Minimum of 12 closed transactions in the past 12 months preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to client success
Desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially
