Belmar Integrated Logistics is growing and looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our recruiting team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with weekly bonus opportunities based on successful hires.
What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Fill high-volume roles (warehouse, forklift, production, general labor)
Schedule interviews and assist walk-in applicants
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Support hiring events and job fairs
Partner with clients to meet staffing needs efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Staffing & Recruiting experience required
Experience with warehouse/light industrial hiring is a plus
