With over 2,500 employees in more than 50 countries, we combine our global reach with local presence.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with Dispatch the receiving of inbound shipmentsVerifying required shipment documentationPreparing master airway bills for both domestic and international shipmentsAssembling ready‑for‑use packaging systems for pick‑upsBooking shipments as required by carrierCold chain management of shipments in all temperature rangesFiling SED's for regulated exportsCreating shipment documentation as necessaryMastery of international airlines, rates and service restrictionsFollowing WorldStar sending instructions and action requests in a timely fashionExperienceExperience with exports helpfulExperience in dispatch helpfulDemonstrate operational efficiency and shipment processing accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills required.
