This isn't a corporate gym where you're just another name on a schedule. You'll know the owners on day one and work directly with people invested in your growth. This role may occasionally support our Watertown and SW Burlington studios.

THE ROLE We're looking for passionate, high-quality fitness trainers to lead team-based, high-intensity workouts and create an incredible member experience. You'll thrive here if you:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through F45 workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form and provide regressions/progressions
• Promote F45 memberships and support retention efforts
• Assist with light front desk responsibilities
• Demonstrate exercises with excellent technique
• Set up, clean, and break down studio equipment

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES We promote from within. Coaches who want more responsibility, leadership opportunities, and earning potential are encouraged to grow with us. Head coach and studio leadership roles are available for the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of personal training or group fitness experience
• F45 experience is a plus, but not required
• Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, PTA Global, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Group training certification preferred
• Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT
• Comfortable leading groups and coaching on a mic
• Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday mornings)
