This role helps ensure efficient shop operations, accurate reporting, and timely completion of administrative processes supporting the company's rental equipment fleet.Key Responsibilities Equipment Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) tags and Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin (MCOs) for fabricated equipment and rental fleet assets.Maintain the Master VIN Spreadsheet, equipment databases, and related tracking reports.Verify equipment specifications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Prepare internal invoices and supporting documentation for titling, registration, and equipment transfers.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of equipment documentation and title-related records.Generate purchase orders as directed by fabrication shop leadership and maintain purchasing records.Assist with procurement activities to support fabrication shop operations.Serve as the primary point of contact for Cintas and other assigned vendors, coordinating services, uniforms, supplies, and related communications.Administrative Support & Reporting Review and manage unresolved invoices, partnering with Accounts Payable to investigate discrepancies and facilitate resolution.Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, operational summaries, and documentation for management.Support fabrication shop leadership with administrative projects, audits, and documentation requests.Maintain records of outstanding issues and provide status updates to management.Perform other administrative duties and special projects assigned.Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years' experience in administrative, purchasing, fleet, manufacturing, or equipment rental environment preferred.Knowledge of state and federal title regulations.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and customer service abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (RentalMan Experience a plus!)Ability to interpret legal and regulatory documentation.Familiarity with multi‑state title and registration processesExperience collaborating with DMVs, lenders, and compliance teams.Works closely with branches and other departments.Fast‑paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.This is an on-site position; Monday-FridayNational Tank & Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
