Summary: The Facilities Coordinator Team oversees after-hours building use activities and events for Storyline Fellowship.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.
Ongoing Tasks
Responsible for opening and closing the building for internal and external use of the facilities.
Responsible for engaging with and assisting those that use the facilities with any needs they might have.
Responsible for setting rooms for external and internal use.
Relationship with Storyline Team:
I receive input from: Facilities Manager
I work with: Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator Team
Qualifications:
Responsible and dependable
Strong people and communication skills
Confidence and initiative to anticipate needs within this ministry lane and execute accordingly
Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Demonstrates proficiency with basic technology and digital tools
