Description
Facilities Coordinator
At Chick-fil-A, we're more than a restaurant—we're a team committed to serving others with excellence, care, and intentionality. Everything we do is centered around creating a remarkable experience for our guests and a supportive environment for our team.
What You'll Do
We're looking for a hands-on problem solver to own the functionality of our restaurant.
As our Facilities Coordinator, you will:
Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure all systems are working (kitchen, equipment, POS, etc.)
Troubleshoot and fix issues in real time (technology, minor repairs, equipment resets)
Serve as the go-to person when something breaks or isn't working
Coordinate with vendors and submit work orders when needed
Take initiative to solve problems quickly—even if it means researching or picking up parts the same day
Support the team during busy times (this is a team-first role, not isolated work)
What Makes This Role Unique
This is not a typical maintenance position.
You will also:
Work alongside the team in daily operations as needed
Build relationships and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Play a key role in protecting the guest experience by ensuring everything runs smoothly
Who We're Looking For
A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
Someone who is resourceful and enjoys figuring things out
Comfortable with basic tools, technology, and troubleshooting
Strong communicator (must be able to clearly communicate in English)
Takes ownership and follows through
Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
Aligns with Chick-fil-A values: service, humility, teamwork, and excellence
What You Can Expect
Full-time hours with a mix of facilities and operational shifts
A supportive team environment that values growth and leadership
The opportunity to make a direct, visible impact every day
A Quick Reality Check
This role is for someone who:
Notices when something is off—and fixes it
Doesn't walk past problems
Is just as willing to help a guest or teammate as they are to fix a broken system
If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
