**About the Role**Are you a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician ready to ensure the seamless operation of a leading financial client's critical facilities? This dynamic role requires a dedicated professional to maintain optimal conditions, troubleshoot various building systems, and perform essential preventative maintenance. Your proactive approach and problem-solving abilities will be key to minimizing downtime and supporting a high-stakes financial environment.The primary work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with some flexibility. You'll also participate in a rotational Saturday shift approximately every six weeks, which initiates your on-call week, providing vital support for urgent after-hours needs. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute directly to the client's operational excellence.**What You'll Do**+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.+ Perform general commercial facilities maintenance, including plumbing repairs, light electrical work, and other routine building upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operations.+ Conduct regular checks on facility assets, including doors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.+ Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.+ Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.**What You'll Need**+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Valid Driver's License Required.+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $28.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $32.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
