SOCCER SHOTS BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON - Prince George's County, MD and Surrounding Areas 2026 FALL SEASON PRESCHOOL SOCCER COACH (5-20HRS PER WEEK IN SEASON) - Paid training will start immediately after hire.

THE JOB: Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30-minute to 1-hour-long sessions. These sessions take place at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–45 minute radius for coaching assignments. You'll laugh, you'll break a sweat, and you'll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do!

REQUIREMENTS: Passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness!

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to pass a background check

Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured

Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 18-months to 8 years old is preferred

AVAILABILITY: To be considered, coaches must be available during the upcoming Fall Season (September through early-December) within some of the following timeframes:

Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 1 PM

Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 7 PM

Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 1 PM

**These are not shifts or set work hours, but the time windows in which sessions are scheduled. Schedules are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season.

WHAT YOU GET: A fun work environment with flexible hours that provides a meaningful coaching experience with young children!

Compensation:

Weekday - $20/hr, Weekend - $25/hr

Bonus Opportunities each season (4x per year)

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 8:30 am – 1 pm

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN COACHES: A reliable and consistent coach who enjoys teaching our fun, themed soccer sessions within a structured 8–10-week seasonal schedule.

Passion for working with children
