- ($42.00 - $45.00 / hour)
- ($90 per 2 hour visit)

- Skilled Nurse Home Visits
- Nurse Staffing Opportunities
- Part Time and/or Per Diem

Your Responsibilities!
- Work with local school districts providing 1 on 1 care to special needs students.
- Fill in as needed with office nurse opportunities.
- Experience with Port/PICC line, TPN, IV Pain meds, and Fluids/TPN. (IV Infusion Nurse a plus)
- Skilled nursing visits including G-Tube Feeding, Straight Cath, Wound Care, Trach Care.
- Provide personalized care based on Plan of Care.
- Monitor and inform Director of Nursing of client/patient's conditions and needs.
- Update client/patient's family on health changes and concerns.
