Job Description
Financial Case Advisor supporting brokerage clients with complaints/escalations and case management. Requires 1+ year brokerage experience, active Series 7, strong Excel/organizational skills, and client communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
A minimum of one year of brokerage client support experience
Client interaction experience, as Case Advisors will communicate directly with clients regarding complaints or escalations
Strong organizational and technical skills are required.
Case Advisors manage case inventory using a Microsoft Excel tracker.
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems at a time
STAR format interview answers, with specific scenario examples
Ensure candidate is clearly visible on interview video
Training will last 5 weeks and will be conducted fully in-office.
Following training, contractors will transition to a hybrid schedule consisting of one week in-office and one week working from home. Contractors must work from their registered home address only.
Series 7 license must be active and not within six months of expiration at the start date
U5 disclosures are not preferred but can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
