As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.Core Hours: 5:30am to 2:30pm, 5 /6 days a week, weekends requiredWant to make an impact?As a Bulk Receiver, reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you'll be the first link in our production process, ensuring incoming liquid ingredients meet strict quality standards. You'll verify deliveries, unload raw materials, upload COA data into SAP, and complete essential food safety documentation—all while helping keep our operations running smoothly and our products consistently delicious.Ways you will make a differenceComplete written documents for reporting the PO was receivedUpload all COA's and necessary documents into SAP for all raw material receivingUnload raw materials according to the processes designedOperate unloading equipment to send raw materials to storageMaintain cleanliness of unloading dock, well organized bins, and all pallets to be with correct labelsEnsure proper loading and unloading of trailersOperate unloading equipment to send raw materials to storageParticipate and assist in weekly inventory process and year-end processResponsible for daily inventory physical counts of in plant raw and bulk materialsInteract with truck drivers in a professional mannerReport any safety issues, near misses and injuries with the forklift to the Inventory Supply Supervisor immediatelyCompletes quality & food safety system documentation and verifies compliance to program standards.
