Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and take messages.
• Assist customers with payments and account questions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Experience Required:

• Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 7:30AM - 4:30PM
