    Full-Time Front Desk Manager

    Pediatrics at Chartley is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Manager. We are looking for a computer savvy, energetic, and efficient team player to join our dedicated staff of medical professionals. Our pediatric practice is a great place to work! We offer excellent benefits including 401k, health insurance, and paid holidays.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow
    • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service
    • Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and billing processes
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and administrative records
    • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
    • Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication and coordination
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
    • Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • One to two years supervisory experience in customer service or healthcare settings
    • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
    • Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills
    • Proficiency in computer systems
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
    • Prior healthcare experience highly preferred
    • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems highly preferred
    • Experience with Office Practicum highly preferred
    • Knowledge of billing and insurance processes highly preferred
