This role ensures a consistently positive dining experience that reflects Jalapeno Tree's commitment to Crazy Good Mexican Food.The FOH Manager oversees scheduling, training, guest interaction, product quality, and service execution. Key responsibilities include coaching FOH team members, managing bar and beverage cost controls, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving performance through shift leadership.
