    Description

    Our Dermatology and Facial Plastics Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the clinic, as well as providing excellent customer service to our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients and visitors, check them in for appointments, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the clinic.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments using our electronic medical records system.
    • Verify patient insurance information and collect payments for services rendered.
    • Manage patient medical records, including filing, scanning, and updating patient information.
    • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely treatment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in dermatology or plastic surgery.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Or Google Docs and electronic medical records systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
