TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry‑leading global sports marketing agency.The Role And What You'll DoExecute on‑site fulfillment tasks for events across NFL, NCAA, combat sports and other verticalsProcess and track shipments, coordinate with shipping vendors on day‑to‑day logisticsWork with Guest Services, Event Production, and Business Unit teams to complete fulfillment deliverablesProvide broker exchange marketplace support and flag issues in real timeMaintain accurate records of ticket transfers, credential assignments, and shipment trackingFollow all protocols for secure handling of sensitive customer data and ticket transfer processesPerform reconciliation tasks and assist with first‑level customer inquiries and escalationsPrepare event materials, welcome kits, and hospitality packages per event specificationsUtilize fulfillment technologies and systems to complete assigned tasks efficientlySupport on‑site event setup, check‑in, and guest‑facing fulfillment activitiesYou Have These2+ years of operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure event environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quicklyStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teamsWillingness to travel for on‑site event support as requiredWe'd Love If You Also Have ThesePrior experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industryFamiliarity with ticketing platforms or credential management systemsExperience with shipping, tracking, or warehouse operationsBackground in guest‑facing or customer service rolesInterest in process improvement and operational efficiencyAdditional InformationDon't meet every single requirement?
