Opportunity (Full-Time): Senior Regional Analyst – CENTCOM / Key Leader EngagementBottom Line Up Front:Hoplite Group is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Analyst – CENTCOM / Key Leader Engagement to support a SOCOM awarded contract with comprehensive, integrated analytical, operational, and informational support. The Senior Regional Analyst will contribute to this mission by supporting Key Leader Engagement (KLE) activities, planning and coordinating senior-level engagements, synchronizing activities across commands and strategic and operational partners, and developing briefings, documentation, and supporting materials to ensure successful engagement execution.Location:Tampa, FloridaLevel of Effort:Approximately 30-35 hours per week.Availability:ImmediateObjective:Facilitate the planning and execution of Key Leader Engagement events while ensuring engagements remain aligned with mission objectives, senior-leader priorities, and strategic communication objectives.The Senior Regional Analyst will coordinate engagement, information, and outreach activities across commands, staff elements, and strategic and operational partners. The position will support senior leaders through the development and maintenance of briefings, correspondence, talking points, engagement notes, and other mission-related documentation.The position will also assist with staff and Command-level visits, senior-leader movement coordination, and other activities necessary to successfully plan and execute engagements.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) missions, organizations, or staff activities.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, or supporting Key Leader Engagements, senior-leader engagements, or comparable military or Government engagement activities.
  • Experience coordinating activities across commands, staff elements, and strategic or operational partners.
  • Ability to draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence, policy letters, memoranda, talking points, engagement notes, and related documentation.
  • Experience developing and maintaining mission, Command, or Combatant Command-level briefings and supporting materials.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and complete senior-leader briefing materials aligned with mission and strategic communication objectives.
  • Experience supporting staff visits, Command or CCMD visits, senior-leader engagements, or movement coordination.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Current Department of War (DoW) Secret clearance.
