Are you ready to build something that truly makes a difference? Our client in Tualatin is expanding rapidly and looking for 20 motivated Assemblers to join their team in creating world-class HVAC air handling systems that power hospitals, schools, data centers, and more across the globe.

Three-month evaluation-to-hire opportunity!

Duties:

• Assemble air handling units and subcomponents using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
• Assemble industrial air solution units from the ground up
• Ability to use Impact Driver and Power Drill and drill into steel
• Use of alcohol to clean off metal and outsides of units as needed
• Use a caulking gun to secure all air units inside and out to prevent water leakage
• Comfortable getting on a 4ft step ladder
• Operate scissor lift to install in high-reach areas

Qualities, Skills, and Physical Abilities:

• Able to be on your feet for 10-hour shifts while wearing steel-toed boots or shoes on concrete
• Able to consistently use an impact driver, power drill, and a caulking gun throughout the entirety of the shift
• Flexibility to work in other departments as needed, based on workflow needs
• Safety-minded and attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Pay: $20.00/hr. + $1.50 differential.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM | OT on Fridays, OPTIONAL
