The role requires a 5 AM or earlier start time, weekends, and collaboration with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.Build rapport with customers.Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.Help customers with questions, and direct them to another team member if needed.Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.Work in departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.QualificationsDetail-oriented and organized.Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.Process‑driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.Work well in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
