We're looking for a Kitchen Team Member who takes pride in serving food that is fresh, accurate, and prepared with care. In this role, quality comes first: every guest should receive a meal made to McDonald's standards, whether the restaurant is quiet or busy.

What you'll do

Prepare and assemble menu items according to approved procedures. Check food for correct ingredients, appearance, and portioning before it is served. Follow food safety, handwashing, and cleanliness procedures throughout your shift. Monitor product quality and let a manager know when something does not meet standards. Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for the next order. Work with the kitchen and service teams to deliver accurate orders promptly.

What we're looking for

Someone who pays attention to details, follows procedures, works well with others, and speaks up when they see a quality concern. Kitchen experience is helpful, but a commitment to learning and doing the job right matters most.
