Grounds Maintenance Laborer

Location:

Springfield, VA

Working Hours:

Normal Work Hours - Monday - Friday (anticipate 40 per week). Subject to change based on training demands.

Required Qualifications:
•Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Full Scope Poly
•Must have a valid driver's license;
•Physically able to climb ladders and stairs;
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
•Should have general knowledge of weed trimmers and mowers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Grounds Maintenance Laborer throughout a new facility located in Springfield, Virginia.

Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
•Picking up debris and other trash around the site and prior to mowing;
•Operate lawn mowers and other grass cutting equipment;
•Trimming and edging of grass around trees, shrubs, mulched beds, poles, sidewalks, etc.;
•Mulching and Weeding of mulched beds;
•Cut/trim foliage and other required basic tree pruning as directed;
•Operating basic landscaping and other grounds equipment; and
•Performing other similar tasks as directed.
