Group Sales Coordinator

The GSC is responsible for bringing group events into the park. He/she will develop a list of sales prospects and make calls or in-person visits in an effort to acquire new business. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Owners.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact local organizations to sell group events
• Track progress
• Maintain personal standards of conduct and professionalism
• Experience using popular software such as MS Office, Excel, and POS
• Innovative and strategic thinker
• Self-motivated
• Capable of developing compelling sales strategies
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Constantly promote the business as a brand ambassador
