Snelling Staffing is looking to hire a Heavy Draw Operator to work in the Orrville Oh

Weekly Pay
Pay range: $17 and up
Steel Toes with Metatarsel guards are required
1-2 years experience
No Busline (must have your own transportation)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to other duties that may be assigned, incumbents will be expected to perform the following:
Safety/Housekeeping: Follow all Job Safety/Health & Environmental rules/policies to
include wearing/maintaining proper PPE; Follow good housekeeping/5S rules/policies; Follow
BeCare/Bekaert Lifesaving rules/policies; Report any unsafe work act/condition to your
supervisor or other member of management; Report any accident/incident and/or near miss accident/incident, including property damange to your supervisor or other member of
management.
Quality/Integrity: Perform job to the expected quality standards to include applicable
Policies/Guidelines, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and/or Work Instructions;
Meet/Exceed expected work/product quality standards; Work well with other team members
to create a positive work environment free from harassment and where other team members
are treated with integrity and respect; Act in accordance with the Bekaert Code of Conduct.
Job Duties: (1) Under general direction, responsible for the setup, calibration, and operation
of machines used in production processes. (2) Works from verbal or written instructions,
diagrams, or models. Inspects machining operations and finished product against specified
tolerances using precision measuring tools. (3) Determines and corrects more complex
machine malfunctions. (4) Performs routine maintenance and cleaning. (5) May make
calculations as well as assist with numeric controlled programming. (6) May assist with
training other machine operators.
Physical Requirements: Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to
move objects.
