MEMCO is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Skilled Equipment Operators for a construction project in Harlingen, TX. We are hiring operators with experience in Dozers, Graders, and Excavators to support site development and earthwork operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, and excavators to perform tasks such as clearing land, trenching, backfilling, grading, and general earthwork
Follow site plans and directions from supervisors and project managers
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed
Adhere to all site safety regulations and procedures
Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet project timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (Dozer, Grader, or Excavator)
Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations
Must have reliable transportation
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
