Responsibilities

• Operate dozers and/or excavators efficiently and safely on construction sites
• Perform daily maintenance checks and basic upkeep of assigned equipment
• Assist with manual labor tasks as needed to support project goals
• Follow instructions from site foremen or supervisors to ensure project requirements are met
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dozers and/or excavators
• Experience in heavy civil construction preferred
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
