This bonus adds 1 dollar to each hour you work during this time period, as long as you are not late or call off. Bonus will be paid in October, and you must still be employed up until September 30 to qualify for the bonus. Responsibilities: • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Handle customer complaints as necessary Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Compensation: $14.50 hourly
