HR Administrator, Inwood, NY

Immediate need for a HR/Front Desk Administrator for a multibillion dollar global leader in their industry located in Reston, VA. 3-month contract to hire paying $20-25/hr. Will be part of HR team with room for growth.

Responsibilities: • Working with vendors, and various accounting, finance, HR, answering questions for the office, process invoices, • Responsible for providing professional administrative support to the recruiting and payroll functions. • Provide clerical support for employee management system • Generate reports from ATS processing new hire paperwork • Answering calls, ordering supplies, giving badge ID access, maintaining audit list, and parking badges.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred). Must be extravert/outgoing, customer service skills, multitasking, familiar with invoices. 2+ years of administrative, payroll and HR experience Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel).
