Description: The Contingent Worker assignment in Employee Relations (ER) will support a wide variety of cases and investigations and contribute to projects designed to mitigate risk, support business objectives, and promote a healthy work environment. These projects will include analysis of case trends and other data, assisting with automation of standard processes and the use of AI, and executing on administration that furthers the organization's ER strategy.
Responsibilities
Support and manage a variety of Employee Relations projects including:
Cases/investigations: Support investigations by taking interview notes, writing interview and case summaries, preparing documentation, updating ER Tracker
Technology: Proactively partner to monitor and improve system functionality, contribute to the process for onboarding and utilize a new technology vendor
Reporting and analytics: Contribute to required ER reporting, including analysis of case trends and external developments, preparation and analysis of project data using Excel
Standard processes: Administer ADA Accommodations and other requests
Communication: Preparation of presentations and other materials using the Microsoft suite of tools, delivery of information to HR partners and other stakeholders as needed
Ad hoc projects and general ER administration

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Specific Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years relevant business experience
HR, paralegal or project management experience is preferred but not required
Proven ability to multi-task and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and care
Solid analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates flexibility, learning agility, and ability to adapt
Adept at learning new technology
Expertise using MicroSoft Excel and PowerPoint
