Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company career sites.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Extend job offers and assist with employment documentation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR records are accurate and confidential.
  • Provide employees with basic information regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Support benefits enrollment and other HR administrative processes.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support performance review and training coordination.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate complex HR matters when appropriate.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Salary Description

$20 per hour
