Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator
Reseda, CA | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
$21.00-$25.00/hour + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding
Coordinate new hire orientation, offboarding, and employee records
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and workers' compensation
Maintain HR files, employee credentials, compliance, and regulatory documentation
Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes
Support performance tracking, reporting, and other HR initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum one year of Human Resources or Recruiting experience
Experience with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
Knowledge of payroll and HR compliance is a plus
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
