Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Salary:65,000-75,000
Daily on site in Long Island

Key Responsibilities for the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits and serve as liaison with brokers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and handbook
• Support employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
• Lead new hire orientation and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications for the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist:
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• 2+years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
• 2+years working with HRIS systems (iSolved preferred)
