Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour on W2

Client has a great opportunity for an HR Generalist in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This position is on-site only, the ideal candidate will be located in the general area.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive human resources People initiatives in the Smyrna, TN Client's Plant.
• Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross functional plant teams including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion.
• Be a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support.
• Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including internal and external recruitment, career fairs and employee event engagement.

Must Have

• Self-directed, creative and willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
• Enjoy working with others within a career in Human Resources.
• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field of study.
• Experience or interest in Project Management
• Preferred Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Mircosoft360
