Position Overview

The HR Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while providing comprehensive support for Human Resources operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract and hire top talent, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The HR Recruiter also supports onboarding, compliance, employee records management, and other HR administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Prior experience supporting HR administration, employee onboarding, and HR operations. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and recruitment technologies. Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent. Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas and levels within an organization. Experience supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR compliance initiatives. Knowledge of California employment laws and labor regulations.
