The Opportunity
As a Workforce Technology - HR Strategy & Operations - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their HR functions, aligning them with business objectives and improving service quality. Within our HR Transformation and Technology practice, you will focus onoptimizing HR processes, policies, and systems, providing guidance on HR transformation and technology implementation. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs and develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes and provide guidance on transformation and service delivery models. This position offers the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
Analyzing client needs to develop and implement HR transformation strategies
Collaborating with clients to assess and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems
Providing guidance on HR technology implementation and service delivery models
Supporting clients in aligning HR functions with business objectives to enhance service quality
Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
Engaging in stakeholder management to foster meaningful client relationships
Applying business transformation techniques to drive organizational effectiveness
Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with firm guidelines
Facilitating change management initiatives to improve employee engagement and workforce optimization
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
Demonstrating skills in HR Technology Solution Architecture
Utilizing analytical thinking for HR Transformation projects
Engaging in strategic human resource planning and talent management
Applying change management techniques in complex environments
Leveraging business transformation insights for client support
Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
