Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst
The Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, governing, and optimizing the digital HR experience within Workday. This role serves as the primary owner of Workday Help Knowledge Management, ensuring colleagues, managers, and HR teams have access to accurate, timely, and user-friendly information through self-service channels. The analyst will develop and manage knowledge articles, monitor content effectiveness, and analyze user interactions.
