Human Resources Business Partner
We're partnering with a leading industrial services organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a multi-site workforce across 15+ locations.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrivesin a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with operational leaders, and has strong employee relations and leave management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong employee relations and investigation experience
Experience with disability and leave administration (STD/LTD)
Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site HR experience preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations.
- Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Deliver leadership and employee training programs.
- Support FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
- Analyze HR trends and recommend solutions that improve engagement and performance.
- Travel up to 40% to provide onsite support and strengthen leadership partnerships.
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong employee relations and investigation experience
Experience with disability and leave administration (STD/LTD)
Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site HR experience preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
